For all refund and exchange requests, proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required.

Refund Options: If you meet the criteria for a refund, we present two options. You can opt for store credit, applicable for future purchases at Solys Collections. Alternatively, you may choose a refund via bank transfer. Kindly provide your bank account details for a seamless transaction. The refund amount will correspond to the original purchase.

Our team will navigate you through the exchange process and assist in finding a suitable replacement. Please note that the availability of the desired replacement is contingent upon stock availability.

Return Shipping: While customers bear the cost of return shipping for refund or exchange requests, Solys Collections will cover the shipping cost in the case of an exchange, ensuring a smooth delivery of the replacement product to you.

Exceptions: Certain items, such as intimate apparel, cosmetics, and perishable goods, do not qualify for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons. Sale and clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed defective.

Defective or Damaged Products: Should you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer care team promptly. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, inclusive of the shipping cost.
